As it stood, the Onion Soup was luke warm and way over salted, the Chicken Parm was nasty, and the Asparagus on top was cold.
Nor did she even visit us once during our appetizer or meal to ask how things were. Our waitress did not greet us, tell us about the specials, or ask how we wanted our steak cooked. There were 3 tables occupied at the time we visited, with 2 other waiters working, so it was not busy. Hostess was on her cell phone the whole time we were there and our waitress did not seem to want to work there.
Service at Steakhouse was abysmal and food was mediocre at best. My husband and I drove four hours to spend our anniversary weekend at this hotel/casino and have a nice dinner at the Steakhouse, made reservations and everything.
